30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return your order for any reason within 30 days from the date it was received. To qualify for a return, the item should be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. Once you submit a refund or replacement request, we will provide the return address.
- Free or promotional items should be returned along with the original item when requesting a full refund.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, product dissatisfaction), the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.
- Returns need to be sent back to the original shipping warehouse. For example, if your order was shipped from our China warehouse, it should be returned to China, even if you are located in the United States. At this time, returns cannot be processed through a local warehouse unless otherwise specified.
- We are working on improving our local return and refund processes. Once local return options are available, we may offer free returns.
Once your return is received, we will process a refund or replacement. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and it may take 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Within Limited Warranty
Please contact our customer service at [email protected]. We may need your serial number, the date of purchase, and a simple description of your issue. You will need to cover the shipping cost, no need to pay for the repair fee.
Your after-sale case will be handled as soon as possible once the package is delivered. Your understanding will be highly appreciated.
Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, modifications, misuse, disintegrations, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, or repair by anyone other than an Authorized retailer or Wurkkos itself.
